ALASKA AND HAWAII ORDERSAs of April 28, 2021, Alaska and Hawaii orders are no longer eligbile for any free shipping promotions including FedEx 2-day & Free Shipping. You may choose the shipping method, but actual shipping rates will apply after the order has been packed and weighed. CALIFORNIA ORDERSAll orders to California addresses will ship from our Torrance fulfillment center unless we're out of a product, in which case the order will ship from our Portland fulfillment center. DROP SHIPMENT ORDERSBlue Poppy allows practitioners to send products directly to their patients. You can designate that specific products are shipped directly to patients. You pay us, you bill your patient. Choose their address for the Shipping Address at Checkout and select the drop ship box. ALL orders under $49.99 will be charged $9.99 flat-rate shipping charge, including drop shipments, and do not quailfy for free shipping. INTERNATIONAL ORDERSWe cannot ship acupuncture needles internationally for our customers, this includes Seirin Needles outside of the United States. For your convenience certain Blue Poppy products are sold by Eastern Currents in Canada and are available in Europe through BIOS. However, if you would like to place an international order, the following applies: 1) The international customer is responsible for paying the USPS shipping charge that must be calculated prior to paying and any other duties or fees that may be due when it arrives in the country of destination to pick the order up. 2) If the order is addressed properly, Blue Poppy is not responsible for what happens when it leaves our warehouse. We will not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages shipped internationally. FREE shipping is not available for ANY international order, no matter what the order total. RETURNSITEM DOES NOT MEET YOUR NEEDSCall us at (800) 487-9296 for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 30 days of your invoice date. We must receive the merchandise in new condition. Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip along with your return. Upon receipt of the merchandise, credit will be issued according to the manner of payment less a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept any returns beyond 30 days of your invoice date. Herbal products and acupuncture needles MUST be unopened and all safety seals and/or shrink wrap intact. If a bottle of herbs or a package of acupuncture needles has been opened, you cannot return them, nor will you receive credit. FDA law prohibits us from accepting these back at our warehouse. Please do not return opened items. Books are surprisingly fragile. Please pack securely, preferably in the same box in which the book arrived Avoid using newspaper or other packing materials that may damage the book. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of the following products:
DAMAGED ITEMS Please contact us immediately (within 5 business days of receipt of your package) if you receive damaged merchandise due to carrier mishandling. Save the original packaging, including all packing materials and damaged items for inspection by the carrier. This allows us to file a damage claim with the carrier and send a replacement shipment to you as quickly as possible.
