What is going to happen to the Blue Poppy fax number (303) 245-8362 when I send in my orders after Tuesday, April 30?ANSWER: On May 1, 2019 this number will be routed to our Portland, Oregon warehouse where our Customer Service Team will be glad to process orders received via fax machines. They will continue to check this number until the end of the year. OR beginning May 1, you may start sending your Blue Poppy fax orders to (503) 650-6076 for processing. 4. What happened to the websites bluepoppy.com and peoplesherbs.com?ANSWER: As you can see, we have updated bluepoppy.com. You will also find that peoplesherbs.com has been retired. If you have saved bookmarks in your web browser, the old links will still work, but we encourage you to update the links to the new web page locations. 5. Will my Blue Poppy username and password still be valid on the *NEW* bluepoppy.com website?ANSWER: Yes, it will stay the same, but for security purposes you will have to re-enter your credit card information. However, due to the technicalities of merging two companies, your order history will not be available to you online. But you may call the Portland branch and a CSR will be able to assist you with this information. 6. What is going to happen to People’s Herbs?ANSWER: Blue Poppy will still retain the popular line of People’s Herbs Empowered Extract products that you have long purchased, but People's Herbs will no longer be a separate legal entity. Both companies have operated together for the last 10 years.
