Orders received by 2 PM Mountain time are usually shipped the same business day.
Since it may not be convenient to your schedule to call during our regular business hours, you can call our answering machine at any time and leave your order or your message, along with your name, street address, and telephone number where you can be reached during business hours. If you decide to leave your order on our answering machine, please be sure to tell us how you would like your order shipped, and the method of payment preferred.

We use FedEx Ground service for shipping all of our orders. We will be happy to ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS upon request, but please bear in mind that we will no longer be able to guarantee your shipment if we do so. Minimum shipping charge is $6.50 for orders up to one pound. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will have slightly higher shipping rates. Upgraded service options (2 Day, 3 Day, Overnight) are available at an additional cost to you. Any herbal order over $175.00 will qualify for free shipping through FedEx Ground services. Please bear in mind that shipping charges will be applied to all purchases of needles, clinic supplies, books, or continuing education, regardless of the total amount of herbal products ordered. In other words, if an order contains over $175.00 in herbal products and also includes the purchase of needles, clinic supplies, books, or continuing education, free shipping no longer applies and charges will be applied for the non-herb items only.
We want to make sure that you receive your order in a timely fashion, without unnecessary delays or problems. Ordinarily, from the time you place your order, it will take from five (5) to seven (7) business days to receive your merchandise. To help us meet this goal we need to be sure we have your correct street address, including zip code.
If you receive an item damaged by the carrier, please save the box and packing material, and notify us at once. We will provide you with additional information for return or replacement.

We use Fed-Ex International Economy service for all international orders. Please allow 10 business days for delivery. You pay actual shipping cost. Upgraded service options (2 Day, 3 Day, Overnight) are available at an additional cost to you.
The minimum shipping cost for Canadian orders is $14.50. Orders over 1 pound or in outlying areas will have additional charges.
The minimum shipping cost for Overseas orders is $21.50. Orders over 2 pounds or in outlying areas will have additional charges.
Please note that we cannot control, predict or be responsible for international fees, customs fees, charges for foreign currency and other expedited service fees that may be added by the carrier or government agencies.

- Authorization is required; please call for authorization.
- Merchandise must be in new condition.
- Products must be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of the invoice date.
- Credit will be applied upon receipt of merchandise, minus a restocking fee of 15%.
- You MUST enclose a copy of the invoice with the return.
- On herbal products the outer seals must not be broken.
- On Distance Learning products the shrink wrap on the audio or video portion must be intact.
